Marketing Manager - Neuromodulation

About the role

LivaNova, a global medtech company, is hiring a Marketing Manager for its Neuromodulation business in Turkey. The role leads marketing strategy and business development, drives growth of the Neuromodulation business through marketing plans, product and therapy launches, and relationships with physicians and Key Opinion Leaders, and works closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the marketing strategy and roadmap for the Neuromodulation business across Turkey.
• Lead product and therapy launch planning, including positioning, segmentation, pricing and go-to-market strategies.
• Gather Voice of Customer insights and market intelligence to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians and KOLs, supporting scientific and educational activities and Medical Advisory Boards.
• Partner with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Operations, Finance and other teams to execute marketing plans.
• Develop business cases, assess return on investment and monitor marketing performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives related to new technologies and product development.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of experience in the medical device industry, ideally including 5 or more years in marketing roles.
• Fluent English, able to understand and communicate technical, clinical and scientific information.
• Analytical and business acumen, including experience developing business cases and evaluating commercial opportunities.
• Neuromodulation and medical implant experience is a strong advantage; previous commercial or sales experience and involvement in product development or new therapy launches are highly valued.
