Marketing Manager, Neuromodulation

About the role

LivaNova is looking for a Marketing Manager in Neuromodulation to lead marketing strategy and business development across Turkey. The role drives the growth of the Neuromodulation business by shaping marketing plans, supporting product and therapy launches and building relationships with physicians and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the marketing strategy and roadmap for the Neuromodulation business across Turkey.
• Lead product and therapy launch planning, including positioning, segmentation, pricing and go-to-market strategies.
• Gather Voice of Customer insights and market intelligence to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians and KOLs, supporting scientific and educational activities and Medical Advisory Boards.
• Partner with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Operations, Finance and other teams to deliver marketing plans.
• Develop business cases, assess return on investment and monitor marketing performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives related to new technologies and product development.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of experience in the medical device industry, ideally including 5 or more years in marketing roles.
• Fluent English is mandatory, with the ability to understand and communicate technical, clinical and scientific information.
• Neuromodulation and medical implant experience is a strong advantage; previous commercial or sales experience and involvement in product development or new therapy launches are highly valued.

• Strong strategic marketing experience, able to develop business plans and turn market insights into marketing initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and business acumen, including experience developing business cases and evaluating commercial opportunities.
