Marketing Specialist

About the role

Arksoft is seeking a proactive Marketing Specialist to drive content, SEO, GEO, digital campaigns, events and product launches across its enterprise software portfolio. The role works closely with sales, product, design and technical teams to support both local and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Create and optimize content for blogs, websites, landing pages, social media and email campaigns.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, industry and audience research to inform content and campaign planning.
• Develop and execute SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies.
• Monitor changes in traditional and AI‑powered search environments and translate insights into actionable practices.
• Plan and support digital campaigns, webinars, events and product launches.
• Track marketing KPIs, OKRs and evaluate performance of campaigns and content.
• Analyze data, prepare recommendations and propose new initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and manage relationships with agencies or external suppliers when needed.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, content or digital growth roles.
• Hands‑on experience with SEO and familiarity with GEO and AI‑driven search.
• Advanced proficiency in English for daily business communication.
• Strong interest in producing high‑quality content and using AI tools throughout the workflow.
