Marketing Specialist

About the role

Axis Communications is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead strategic and operational marketing initiatives across Turkey and Central Asia. Based in Istanbul, you will work closely with sales and cross‑functional teams to generate qualified leads and strengthen the Axis brand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and follow up on multi‑channel marketing campaigns, events, webinars and partner programs to support local sales growth.
• Research new marketing opportunities, develop demand‑generation programs and drive pipeline contribution.
• Design and run account‑based marketing (ABM) initiatives for strategic accounts.
• Manage physical and virtual events, product launches and channel partner co‑marketing activities.
• Oversee local public‑relations activities, including press releases and media coordination.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in IT or security.
• Proven project and event management skills with a track record of delivering results.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work autonomously.
• Fluent in Turkish and English; Russian is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with integrated demand‑generation and ABM programs.
• Knowledge of channel marketing and partner collaboration.
