Marketing Specialist (New Grad)

About the role
Join Peak’s fast‑growing Marketing team as a fresh graduate and help shape the way millions of users discover our products. You will manage and optimise campaigns across performance channels while collaborating with creative colleagues to turn data‑driven insights into compelling marketing assets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimise marketing campaigns across all performance channels.
- Work closely with third‑party platforms such as Meta, Google, DSPs and ad networks.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing and implement new approaches based on results.
- Analyse performance data to identify key growth opportunities.
- Propose and execute optimisation strategies based on data insights.
- Collaborate with the creative team to provide input and help produce new key creatives.
Required profile
- University degree, preferably in Engineering, Statistics or Economics.
- Strong curiosity with a keen desire to learn and understand details.
- Willingness to explore and challenge new ideas.
- Passion for working with numbers and data.
