Mechanical Engineer – Facilities Services

About the role

We are seeking a technically strong Mechanical Engineer to support high‑standard facilities management and building operations for premium projects. The role focuses on ensuring efficient performance, reliability and optimisation of mechanical and HVAC systems across our portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Support operation, maintenance and performance optimisation of mechanical installations including HVAC, chillers, boilers, pumps and chilled water systems.
• Monitor and analyse system performance, identify inefficiencies and recommend technical improvements.
• Evaluate existing designs against operational requirements and align modifications with OEM recommendations and industry standards.
• Assess the impact of building dynamics on air and chilled‑water balancing, indoor air quality and overall HVAC performance.
• Analyse plate heat exchanger efficiency and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, working with maintenance teams, specialist contractors and OEM representatives.
• Prepare clear technical reports, performance data and documentation for management and clients.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience in mechanical maintenance operations or construction.
• Proven background on high‑standard building projects such as shopping malls or residential developments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in a client‑focused environment.
