Mechanical Engineer

About the role

We are a leading Food & Beverage Services company seeking an enthusiastic Mechanical Engineer to join our innovative team at the head office. The role focuses on maintaining and improving mechanical systems across our restaurant and café locations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate maintenance and repair of HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration systems for airport‑based restaurant and café operations.
• Create periodic maintenance plans, monitor their execution, and support ISO audit processes.
• Evaluate failure notifications, work with relevant teams, and develop fast, permanent solutions.
• Monitor system performance and lead projects to improve energy efficiency and operational continuity.
• Produce reports and documentation related to maintenance, failures, and technical processes, supporting budget and cost control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in mechanical maintenance and repair within food & beverage, retail, or multi‑site operations.
• Knowledge of HVAC, industrial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and plumbing systems.
• Strong planning, coordination and multi‑operation management abilities.
• Proficiency in English and MS Office; familiarity with maintenance management systems is a plus.
