Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

About the role

Sanipak is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join its production facilities in the İzmir/Manisa region. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of mechanical equipment across our cleaning paper and personal care product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance activities for mechanical assets.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical breakdowns, perform failure analysis, and lead root‑cause investigations.
• Prepare reports on maintenance performance, cost inefficiencies, and equipment reliability.
• Manage small‑ to medium‑scale projects using established project‑management methodologies.
• Support spare‑parts optimization and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and design or investment projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good command of English.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate to the İzmir or Manisa region.
