Media and Digital Marketing Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Media and Digital Marketing Lead to join the Marketing Department of Perfetti Van Melle, a global confectionery and chewing‑gum manufacturer. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the successful candidate will drive both offline and online campaigns, ensuring consistent brand communication across the consumer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise offline and online marketing campaigns in collaboration with media agencies.
• Coordinate with brand teams to deliver consistent, impactful communication throughout the consumer journey.
• Define, monitor and optimise campaign KPIs using data‑driven insights and cross‑brand learnings.
• Analyse and report performance, turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Manage asset adaptations for websites, social media, blogs and video content.
• Oversee community‑management processes and external agency relationships.
• Collect, manage and utilise consumer data for remarketing and audience‑targeting strategies.
• Test and implement new digital initiatives, staying current with industry trends.
• Ensure best‑in‑class website setup, tracking and data‑collection infrastructure.
• Monitor and manage offline and online budgets and media investments.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in media management or digital marketing within FMCG or an agency environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with a results‑focused attitude.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Entrepreneurial, pragmatic and able to translate business needs into solutions.
