Medical Manager

About the role

The Medical Manager will develop and execute medical strategies, provide scientific expertise, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders within a multinational life sciences organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement medical plans aligned with business and product strategies.
• Provide scientific and medical expertise across assigned therapeutic areas.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Support cross‑functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Market Access and Regulatory Affairs.
• Deliver scientific training and ensure accurate, up‑to‑date medical information.
• Contribute to clinical research, advisory boards and scientific projects.
• Review medical and promotional materials for regulatory compliance.
• Represent the organization at scientific congresses and medical meetings.
• Support pharmacovigilance and medical information activities.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine (MD).
• Proven experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Experience in specialty care, especially metabolic and endocrine disorders (advantageous).
• Strong scientific communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluency in English and Turkish.
• Understanding of local pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements.
