Medical Manager – Pharmaceutical Industry

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Manager to develop and execute medical strategies for assigned therapeutic areas within a growing pharmaceutical company.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and implement medical strategies, translating clinical trial data and guidelines into actionable insights.
• Plan and oversee scientific meetings, advisory boards, and medical education projects.
• Support and deliver scientific training programs for field forces and internal teams.
• Review and approve medical materials to ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Track medical projects and product launches, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and compliance guidelines.

Required profile

• Medical Doctor (M.D.) degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proven expertise in medical strategy development, Key Opinion Leader engagement, and product launches.
• Strong background in clinical research, evidence‑based medicine, and scientific literature analysis.
• In‑depth knowledge of local healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and pharmacovigilance.
• Valid driver’s license and availability for business travel.
