About the role

We are seeking motivated, results‑driven professionals to join our team in the medical tourism sector. The role focuses on promoting aesthetic treatments, hair transplantation, and dental procedures to potential clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

  • Communicate with potential clients via phone and other channels, providing accurate information about aesthetic, hair transplantation, and dental treatments.
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable treatment options.
  • Manage the sales process, schedule appointments and follow‑up.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while contributing to sales targets.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in call centre operations, sales, or medical tourism is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Target‑oriented mindset with a proactive sales approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, German, Bulgarian, French, Romanian.
