About the role
Mira Clinic is seeking a bilingual Medical Telesales Consultant to handle international patient inquiries, convert qualified leads into booked consultations, and support patients throughout their treatment journey.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email in English and Arabic.
- Explain clinic services, guide patients through the journey, and schedule consultations with the medical team.
- Present approved treatment proposals, clarify pricing, and follow up to secure bookings.
- Coordinate appointments and handovers with relevant clinic departments.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions and booking statuses.
Required profile
- Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic.
- Experience in telesales, consultative sales, customer service, or international patient coordination.
- Strong telephone communication, active listening, objection handling, and follow‑up abilities.
- Organized, reliable, and able to work effectively within a team.
- Full‑time availability on‑site in Istanbul.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and email for sales pipeline management.
