Modality Leader – Anesthesia & Respiratory Care, Maternal Infant Care & Accessories

About the role

This position is responsible for growing sales revenue and driving product differentiation and commercial strategy for Anesthesia & Respiratory Care (ARC), Maternal Infant Care (MIC) and related accessories across Turkey and Iran.

Key responsibilities

• Set and achieve quarterly and yearly operating plan targets including orders, sales, contribution margin and cash.
• Execute go‑to‑market strategy with modality leaders and LCT managers to capture prioritized market potential.
• Define local modality portfolio strategy (pricing, positioning, configuration) within the international framework.
• Develop growth strategies for private, public and regional business segments and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Maintain deep clinical and technical knowledge of customers’ challenges, market dynamics and competition.
• Manage relationships with key customers, academia, government bodies and professional societies.
• Coordinate tender responses, validate documentation and ensure order and configuration quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of healthcare capital equipment sales experience, preferably in ARC, MIC and accessories.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and leading cross‑functional sales teams.
• Strong business acumen, financial and organizational skills, and advanced negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within the territory.
