Modality Leader – Anesthesia, Respiratory & Maternal Infant Care

About the role

This senior position is responsible for growing sales revenue and shaping the commercial strategy for Anesthesia & Respiratory Care (ARC), Maternal Infant Care (MIC) and related accessories across Turkey and Iran. The leader will drive product differentiation, manage resources, and ensure achievement of operating plan targets.

Key responsibilities

• Set and achieve quarterly and yearly operating‑plan targets for orders, sales, contribution margin, base costs, operating margin and cash.
• Execute go‑to‑market strategy with modality leaders and LCT managers to capture prioritized market potential.
• Define local modality portfolio strategy, including pricing, positioning and configuration management.
• Develop growth strategies for private, public and regional business segments and provide accurate pipeline forecasting.
• Maintain deep clinical and technical knowledge of customer challenges, market dynamics and competition.
• Manage relationships with key customers, academia, government bodies and professional societies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of healthcare capital equipment sales experience, preferably in ARC, MIC and accessories.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in the Turkey market.
• Strong business acumen, financial and organizational skills, and advanced negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in English and able to travel up to 50% of the time within the territory.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of GEHC product portfolio for anesthesia, respiratory and maternal‑infant care.
• Experience in financial forecasting, pricing strategy and market analysis.
• Advanced presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
