Motion Designer – Animation & Motion Graphics

About the role

A motion designer is needed in Istanbul to bring ideas to life through animation, video and motion graphics, creating content that captures attention and elevates brands across platforms. The work covers campaigns, social content and always-on brand material.

Key responsibilities

• Design and animate campaign assets such as social edits, animated key visuals, title sequences, product and logo animations, cut-downs and adaptations.
• Turn storyboards or static key visuals into motion that keeps the idea intact.
• Work with art directors, editors and sound, delivering in every ratio and length the media plan needs.
• Build and maintain motion systems for brands that need always-on content.

Required profile

• 3+ years of motion work with a reel showing range: typography in motion, character/2D, compositing and editing.
• Sense of timing and rhythm, and patience to get the final 10% right.
• Turkish and working English; a reel link must be attached to the application.

Required skills

• Professional-level After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus, as is sound design.
