Multiple Engineering Positions – Survey, Field & Technical Roles

About the role

Gürbağ A.Ş. is launching a large recruitment drive for a variety of engineering positions across its projects in Turkey. The company seeks experienced professionals for roles such as Survey Engineer, Field Survey Engineer, Technical Office Engineer, Structural Field Engineer, Technical Office Manager, Field Electrical Technician, and Construction Technician.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and control field applications, measurements, and as‑built documentation for infrastructure and super‑structure projects.
• Develop and manage technical office drawings, super‑position studies, and project specifications.
• Oversee on‑site construction activities, including tunnel formwork and other formwork systems.
• Coordinate electrical installations and support field technicians in daily operations.
• Lead technical office teams and ensure compliance with project standards.

Required profile

• Graduated in Survey Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related construction discipline.
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience, depending on the specific role.
• Previous experience on large‑scale public housing (TOKİ) or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Male candidates must have completed military service.
• Ability to work on‑site in the designated locations (Sakarya, Bursa, Mardin, etc.) without commuting issues.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Total Station and other surveying equipment.
• Advanced use of Netcad, AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Knowledge of super‑position techniques and construction documentation.
• Familiarity with tunnel formwork and general formwork systems.
• Strong technical office and project coordination capabilities.
