Native English Instructor

About the role

The Native English Instructor will join Eduspire Education in Denizli, delivering personalized English lessons to individual students and small groups. This on‑site position focuses on both general and academic English, supporting learners on their customized education paths.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for individuals and small groups.
• Assess learners’ language levels and provide constructive feedback.
• Adapt teaching materials to match each student’s personalized education plan.
• Develop written learning resources and exam‑preparation materials.
• Collaborate with education consultants on student progress.
• Maintain accurate records of lessons and assessments.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in English and ability to teach diverse learners.
• Demonstrated teaching skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and learner assessment.
• Competence in writing high‑quality instructional materials and feedback.
• Relevant teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) or a degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Experience preparing students for international English exams (IELTS, TOEFL, YDS) is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively with education consultants and communicate effectively with students and families.
• Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to inclusive, learner‑centered teaching.
