Network & Cyber Security Manager

About the role

Marti is seeking a dynamic Network & Cyber Security Manager to own and protect its enterprise network, IT infrastructure, and security posture. You will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of network architecture and cyber‑security controls across on‑premises, data‑center, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the enterprise network, including firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, wireless networks, load balancers and servers.
• Design and maintain network segmentation, VLANs, routing, redundancy, high‑availability and secure remote access.
• Manage Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and user lifecycle processes.
• Ensure reliable operation of Windows and Linux server environments and oversee backup, disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Define and execute the cyber‑security strategy, policies, standards and control framework.
• Implement, configure and operate EDR, SIEM, PAM, vulnerability‑management, email‑security and data‑protection solutions.
• Develop SIEM use cases, correlation rules, dashboards and alerting workflows.
• Lead root‑cause analysis of major incidents and drive permanent corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing enterprise‑scale network and security infrastructures.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.
• Hands‑on experience with security tooling such as EDR, SIEM, PAM and vulnerability scanners.
• Ability to design resilient, secure network architectures and enforce hardening standards.
