Network Specialist

About the role

Kepler is seeking a Network Specialist to manage and optimise its network infrastructure across Turkey, Malaysia and Latvia. The role focuses on performance, security and continuity of LAN, WAN and WLAN environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, install and maintain LAN/WAN/WLAN systems and configure routers, switches, firewalls and access points.
• Establish and manage secure VPN connections between multiple sites and implement network security policies, including firewalls, ACLs and segmentation.
• Monitor network performance, conduct root‑cause analysis and develop permanent solutions to complex issues.
• Maintain up‑to‑date network documentation, configurations and inventory records.
• Coordinate with service providers, external vendors and internal IT teams to ensure high availability and compliance with security regulations (KVKK, GDPR).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, IT or related field.
• Proven experience in network administration or engineering, preferably with multi‑site or international environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with good communication skills.

Required skills

• LAN, WAN, WLAN and VPN technologies.
• Network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto or similar devices.
• Network security fundamentals, firewall management and segmentation.
