Networking Account Manager

About the role

The HPE Networking Account Manager is responsible for leading large named accounts in Turkey, driving value for clients while maximizing revenue and margin for HPE. This hybrid role requires working on average two days per week from an HPE office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans, managing the planning process through regular reviews.
• Engage with external partners to deliver solution sales and manage complex deals.
• Maintain high‑level customer relationships across all organizational levels.
• Achieve quarterly, half‑yearly and annual revenue and margin targets.
• Enter and update opportunities in the pipeline tool weekly.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in networking.
• Proven ability to manage large accounts and coordinate multiple internal and external partners.
• Strong consultative‑selling and negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals.
• Experience working with senior and executive‑level customers.
