About the role
Neodigital, a leading digital marketing agency in Turkey, is seeking a motivated New Media Assistant to support its digital media planning and buying department. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work on live campaigns, gain hands‑on experience in media operations, and develop analytical skills in a fast‑moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate operational processes within the digital media planning and buying team.
- Manage and monitor live campaigns to ensure performance targets are met.
- Conduct sector‑specific competitive analyses to inform strategy.
- Prepare detailed campaign reports for internal and client review.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Eager to start a career in digital marketing and learn emerging media technologies.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong negotiation abilities and analytical mindset.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks through effective planning.
- Team‑oriented, self‑motivated, and open‑minded.
