About the role

This position sits at the heart of a growing global organisation, giving you autonomy to manage a centre as if it were your own business and delivering sales targets.

Key responsibilities

Manage all on‑site operations and solve challenges as they arise.
Generate sales by winning new business, upselling existing customers and giving tours to prospects.
Ensure customers receive world‑class service and become brand ambassadors.

Required profile

Experience delivering against targets while leading a small, close‑knit team.
Proven sales success with ability to build a pipeline and close deals.
Mindset of passion, drive, ownership and resilience.

Required skills

Customer‑focused sales and commercial abilities.
