On-Site Doctor – Kırıkkale

About the role

Tüpraş, Turkey's leading energy producer and largest industrial company, is looking for an on-site doctor in Kırıkkale. The role covers occupational health services for employees, including examinations, risk assessment and health records, working closely with the Technical Safety and Environmental Unit and OHS professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre-employment and periodic health examinations of employees
• Assess occupational health risks in the workplace and give medical guidance
• Maintain accurate employee health records in line with regulations
• Provide preventive occupational health services for workplace accidents and occupational diseases
• Plan and run health screening programmes and employee health training
• Coordinate with the Technical Safety and Environmental Unit and OHS professionals
• Provide timely medical intervention in cases of illness or workplace accidents needing urgent action

Required profile

• Medical school graduate
• At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in occupational health
• Experience in case management in industrial settings preferred
• Valid Occupational Physician Certificate approved by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security
• Ability to adapt to flexible working hours when required

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and practice
• Experience with periodic examinations, health screenings and employee health awareness
• Attention to detail in medical reporting and documentation
