Order Desk Executive

About the role

The Order Desk Executive ensures customer satisfaction by managing the entire order handling process, acting as the first point of contact for customers and the Customer Care Unit.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, validate and issue quotations in line with policies, handling pricing across channels.
• Follow approval matrix and enter quotations, revisions, or confirmations into SAP, matching them with customer purchase orders.
• Issue order confirmations with estimated values and check order availability, preparing delivery proposals and alternatives.
• Screen complex orders for technical and commercial correctness.
• Coordinate delivery notes with DC OM team and credit controller to remove any delivery blocks.
• Report monthly on order receipts, deliveries, sales and stock levels.
• Collect market demand data, assist demand planner in forecasting non‑fast‑moving products and ensure forecasts meet sales targets.
• Support IMEA approvals team on local regulations affecting imports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (MBA a plus).
• Fluent Turkish and conversational English.
• Resident of Istanbul.
• 3‑4 years of experience in customer service, quotations and order handling within supply chain.
