About the role
The Order Fulfillment Executive ensures that products are correctly prioritized and delivered to the right customers, working closely with planning, logistics, and commercial teams.
Key responsibilities
- Prioritize product offerings and manage allocation of products and resources according to defined strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as planning, logistics, and commercial departments to improve product flow and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain constant communication with relevant teams, track processes for accuracy and timeliness, and increase efficiency in allocation while minimizing errors.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage stress effectively.
- Experience coordinating and leading efforts across different departments.
- Ability to adapt to flexible working hours.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Power BI.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in SAP.
