Organizational Development Manager

About the role

HubX builds mobile apps used by millions of users worldwide, operating through seven independent studios. It is looking for an Organizational Development Manager who reports to the Head of People & Culture. The role covers job architecture, compensation, performance management, talent management, learning and development, and HRIS and people analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the job architecture and grading framework, ensuring scalable and consistent organizational design.
• Lead annual compensation, review total rewards processes and oversee bonus planning and execution.
• Support performance management, goal-setting and continuous feedback practices.
• Manage and improve People dashboards, HRIS capabilities and people analytics, ensuring accurate reporting and actionable insights.
• Monitor workforce planning and organizational structures to support sustainable growth.
• Own talent management processes, including talent reviews, career development and internal talent pipelines.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Improve the HRIS ecosystem, People data quality and core People processes.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Organizational Development or a similar HR function.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
