OTC Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced OTC Business Development Manager to expand our cryptocurrency over‑the‑counter (OTC) services. You will work closely with high‑net‑worth individuals and institutional clients, guiding them into the OTC market while delivering tailored trading solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and onboard high‑net‑worth and institutional clients for OTC cryptocurrency trading.
• Build and maintain strong relationships, providing personalized service and ongoing support.
• Design customized trading strategies that meet the specific needs of each client.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory updates and industry developments to advise clients.
• Negotiate trade terms and ensure favorable conditions for both parties.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, trading and customer‑support teams to guarantee regulatory adherence.
• Prepare regular reports on client activity, market conditions and performance metrics.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of business development or client‑management experience in a financial institution, preferably within OTC trading.
• Strong network of high‑net‑worth individuals and institutional investors in Turkey.
• Fluent Turkish and conversational English.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or a related field.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of OTC trading mechanisms and the regulatory environment.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
