Part-Time Italian Teacher

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Italian teacher to plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students' levels and learning needs. The role involves creating a supportive, interactive environment and collaborating with the academic team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Italian lessons covering speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar and vocabulary.
• Create lesson materials, activities and assessments aligned with the curriculum.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate attendance and progress records.
• Collaborate with the academic team to ensure high‑quality teaching and learning outcomes.
• Participate in teacher meetings and academic planning as required.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Italian at native or near‑native level (C1‑C2).
• Degree in Italian Language Teaching, Italian Language and Literature, Translation Studies or related field (preferred).
• Previous teaching experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different age groups and proficiency levels.
• Reliability, punctuality and professional attitude.
• Passion for language teaching and helping students achieve their goals.
