Partner Relations & Sales Specialist

About the role

viravira.co is a marketplace connecting renters and boat owners, and its merchant team manages and expands the boat owner portfolio. It is looking for a Partner Relations & Sales Specialist in Istanbul to focus on merchant acquisition, listing quality and partner relations.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new boat owners and guide them through onboarding via the website, phone or email.
• Prepare and monitor boat owner and listing KPIs, reporting to management.
• Ensure listings meet platform standards for accuracy, completeness and visual appeal, and review and improve existing ones by editing descriptions, checking technical specs and optimizing photos.
• Work with boat owners to collect missing information and guide them on best practices, and correct errors in text, images, equipment details or availability calendars.
• Support the sales team, manage price updates, and channel merchant feedback to the product team.
• Conduct market research to find potential boat owners, and attend industry events, exhibitions and networking activities.
• Visit merchants in coastal areas periodically, train and support them on using the platform, and oversee merchant contract processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, customer support or merchant relations, preferably in tourism.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of the yacht charter industry is a plus.
• No travel restrictions.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Zoho.
• Attention to detail, strong communication, teamwork and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
