People and Culture Business Partner

About the role

Volt Lines is looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to become the backbone of its HR infrastructure. You will blend strategic HR initiatives with day‑to‑day operations to keep fast‑growing teams running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Own payroll, attendance, and official filings (SGK, İŞKUR, Teknopark) ensuring 100% legal compliance.
• Manage total rewards, including compensation packages, benefits, private health insurance, BES, and stock options.
• Act as the dedicated HR partner for assigned teams, handling everyday personnel administration and policy alignment.
• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment and deliver a seamless, compliant onboarding experience.
• Coordinate performance reviews, internal mobility, promotions and role changes.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions and off‑boarding processes, including final settlements and exit interviews.

Required profile

• Proven HR/People Operations experience in a fast‑paced startup or tech environment.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of Turkish Labour Law, payroll operations, SGK and preferably Teknopark regulations.
• Ability to switch between strategic initiatives and daily operational tasks.
• Fluency in English and Turkish for effective cross‑functional collaboration.
• High adaptability, empathy and proactive problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Expertise in Turkish Labour Law compliance.
• Payroll administration and SGK handling.
• Knowledge of Teknopark regulations.
• Bilingual communication in English and Turkish.
