People & Culture Business Partner

About the role

MultiSport Türkiye, part of Benefit Systems International, is looking for a People & Culture Business Partner. The company serves over 2 million users across six countries and has operated in Turkey under the MultiSport brand since 2021, offering employees access to sports and wellness activities. The role acts as the main People & Culture contact for employees in assigned business units.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary People & Culture point of contact for employees within assigned business units.
• Ensure People & Culture policies and processes are implemented effectively and aligned with daily business operations.
• Analyze business needs and collaborate with Employee Experience, Organizational Development and People & Culture Operations to deliver solutions.
• Build strong relationships with leaders and employees to improve engagement and well-being.
• Coach managers on People & Culture processes and support them in reaching their business objectives.
• Ensure performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, learning & development and budgeting are executed effectively.
• Take part in People & Culture projects and organizational development initiatives, and promote initiatives that strengthen the company's culture and values.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business Administration or Economics.
• At least 5 years of experience, preferably in a People & Culture Business Partner (HRBP) role.
• Proven experience aligning People & Culture strategy with business objectives through close partnership with business units.
• Experience in employee relations and strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of labor law and related employment legislation.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of performance management, talent development, learning & development and organizational development.
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
