People & Culture Manager

About the role

OPLOG is the technology behind e-commerce fulfillment for brands across Turkey, Europe and the US, combining in-house software with robotics and automation. It is looking for a People & Culture manager to own and govern the HR agenda across the organization, leading the function across all departments and locations, including white-collar and blue-collar staff.

Key responsibilities

• Set priorities and drive execution so the People & Culture function delivers against business objectives
• Build and strengthen a high-performing culture of ownership, accountability and growth
• Lead the function across all departments and locations
• Own the recruitment function, including talent acquisition strategy, hiring quality and execution
• Design, implement and improve the performance management system
• Govern a structured onboarding program for new joiners
• Own the compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring market competitiveness and internal consistency
• Manage subcontractors and contingent workforce, setting standards for vendor performance, service quality and compliance
• Partner with the People & Culture team, field HR and operational leadership to align people strategy with operations
• Lead organizational transformation and internal communication as the company scales

Required profile

• 10+ years in People & Culture / HR with leadership across the full function
• Proven track record leading HR across white-collar and blue-collar populations in a fast-moving, operational environment (logistics, tech, manufacturing or fulfillment a strong plus)
• Experience architecting people systems and driving transformation
• Willingness to travel regularly across OPLOG's sites
• English and Turkish working proficiency
