Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the acquisition strategy for our games, reaching millions of users worldwide. You will work closely with a talented team to drive growth and optimize campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Google, AppLovin and other ad networks using data‑driven decisions.
• Continuously test new tactics, campaigns and ad networks to improve user acquisition (UA) performance.
• Maintain relationships with ad network partners and analyze UA data to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing artists to create high‑performing creatives and track monetization channels to boost LTV.
• Monitor competition, gather market intelligence and establish best practices.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant business or market experience in performance marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and a data‑driven mindset.
• Passion for mobile gaming and attention to detail.
• Results‑oriented and metric‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with Facebook advertising platform.
• Experience with Google Ads platform.
• Experience with AppLovin or similar mobile ad networks.
• Data analysis and reporting.
