Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Clickzone, a data‑driven growth marketing agency, is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to boost the effectiveness of its digital campaigns. You will manage, analyse and continuously optimise advertising across multiple platforms to deliver measurable results for client brands.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically manage and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Yandex Ads, LinkedIn Ads, RTB House, Criteo and similar platforms.
• Plan, execute and monitor budgets, ensuring efficient spend and strong ROI.
• Conduct strategic analysis of digital channels, translate insights into performance improvements and detailed reports.
• Collaborate with teammates to manage brand performance ads and provide consultancy to clients.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (4‑year program) with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing and up‑to‑date knowledge of industry tools and trends.
• Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude and a sense of responsibility.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Yandex Ads, LinkedIn Ads, RTB House and Criteo.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets (Excel) and Looker Studio for reporting.
• Strong mathematical background and ability to work with data‑driven optimisation.
