Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Clickzone is a data-driven growth marketing agency offering performance marketing, SEO, growth marketing and data analytics. It is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to strengthen its digital marketing strategies and continuously improve campaign performance. The role covers the strategic management, analysis and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Understand brand requirements and provide effective solutions
• Manage brand performance ads with teammates and handle the strategic and budgetary aspects of ad accounts
• Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
• Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Yandex Ads, LinkedIn Ads, RTB House, Criteo and similar platforms
• Manage budgets, advertising, campaigns and product relationships for brands, and advise brands when needed
• Follow up on tasks and ensure they are completed
• Conduct strategic analysis of digital channels, turn reports into presentations and deliver them
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (4-year program)
• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing
• Preferably proficient in English
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving and planning skills, with a strong sense of responsibility
• Knowledgeable about digital marketing tools and trends

• Google Sheets (Excel) and Looker Studio, preferably with reporting experience
