About the role
We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Team Lead to drive our clients' digital growth and advertising performance across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and technically guide a performance marketing team.
- Develop and execute campaign strategies for Meta, Google, TikTok, Criteo, RTB House and other platforms.
- Manage budgets, optimize performance and provide analytical insights.
- Communicate with clients, deliver reports and strategic recommendations.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring team members.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Fluent English.
