About the role
We are looking for a Performance Reporting Specialist in HR to create and maintain performance scorecards, support data‑driven decision‑making and collaborate with IT and business units.
Key responsibilities
- Design, create and update monthly store and department performance scorecards.
- Collaborate with IT teams to digitise performance scorecards.
- Extract data from databases and build reports using Power BI.
- Monitor scorecards, analyse trends and provide insights for decision‑making.
- Ensure alignment between the performance management system and scorecards.
Required profile
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities with the capacity to interpret complex data.
- Ability to work independently and cooperate with multiple business units.

- Advanced Excel
- Power BI
- SQL and database querying
