Personal Assistant to General Manager

About the role

HR CUBE Human Capital Consulting is supporting a mid-sized Turkish company in its search for an experienced Executive Assistant to the General Manager. The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager, coordinating daily activities, meetings and business communications. The position is based in Sarıyer, Istanbul.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the General Manager's calendar, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling and follow-up.
• Handle correspondence, emails, reports and business documentation in English and Turkish.
• Act as a key point of contact between the General Manager and internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations and briefing materials.
• Follow up on action items, deadlines and ongoing business matters.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and provide administrative and organizational support.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Assistant to the General Manager or in a similar executive support role.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment; flexibility for varying working hours.
• Must live close enough to commute reliably to the Sarıyer office.
