Pigment Sales Executive

About the role

Akcoat, a global manufacturer of advanced coating technologies with facilities in Turkey and Spain, is looking for a Pigment Sales Executive to join its Functional Coatings Sales Department. The role focuses on building strategic customer partnerships and expanding the company's presence in international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales activities for pigment products and related applications
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions
• Coordinate technical support activities with internal teams and customers
• Follow up product trials and new product implementation processes
• Monitor market trends, customer developments and competitor activities
• Contribute to product development through market feedback and resolve customer complaints
• Identify new business opportunities and support market growth strategies

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in pigment, masterbatches, colorants, coatings, plastics, ceramics, inks or related chemical industries
• Experience in B2B technical sales and customer management
• Excellent command of English; resident in or willing to relocate to Istanbul, Kocaeli or Sakarya
• No restrictions for domestic and international travel
