Plastic Surgery Nurse – Full-time (Istanbul)

About the role

ClinicArts – Op. Dr. Metin Kerem is seeking a full-time Plastic Surgery Nurse to join its boutique clinic in Istanbul. The nurse will work on-site, providing comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care for patients undergoing aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare patients for surgery, including pre-op testing and documentation.
• Monitor patient recovery, manage wound care, and administer medications post-operatively.
• Document clinical notes accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate closely with the surgeon and multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and efficient care.
• Provide clear guidance and empathetic support to patients and their families throughout the surgical journey.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Graduated from a 4-year nursing program with an active nursing license.
• Eligibility to practice in Turkey or willingness to meet local regulatory requirements.
• Experience in plastic surgery or related surgical specialties is highly beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Competence in basic digital tools for clinical documentation.
