About the role
Provide after‑sales technical support to customers, ensuring user requirements are met in line with contract terms.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver advanced technical solutions and support for complex post‑sale projects.
- Manage large projects or processes with limited oversight, coaching junior staff as needed.
Required profile
- Recognized subject‑matter expert with broad knowledge of the professional field and related functions.
- Four‑year college degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 8 years of functional experience, including 5 years in a similar role.
