Power Tools Field Supervisor – Ankara

About the role

As a Power Tools Field Supervisor based in Ankara, you will lead the Merchandiser team responsible for key accounts across Turkey. You will ensure the team meets sales targets, maintains visual standards in stores, and delivers excellent pre‑ and post‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Merchandiser team for key accounts throughout Turkey.
• Develop and monitor performance, ensuring targets are achieved.
• Oversee all pre‑ and post‑sales activities and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Manage store display and stand positioning to maximise visual presence and shelf‑space share.
• Monitor routing schedules, optimise inefficient routes and improve productivity.
• Train and coach team members to sustain high performance and continuous skill development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• In‑depth technical knowledge and market understanding of power tools.
• Proven negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Prior experience managing key accounts and client relationships.
• Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
