Power Tools Field Supervisor

About the role

Bosch Türkiye and Middle East Headquarters in Istanbul is looking for a Power Tools Field Supervisor. The role leads and manages the Merchandiser team for Key Accounts, overseeing its development, performance and the pre- and post-sales activities that support in-store sales.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Merchandiser team for Key Accounts, including development and performance management
• Ensure targets are met against actual results and that application and operational standards are followed
• Manage and monitor pre- and post-sales activities and ensure compliance with in-store sales activities across the region
• Oversee display and stand positioning to increase visual awareness and shelf space share
• Monitor routing schedules and optimize inefficient routes to improve productivity
• Train and work alongside the team to build its skills and competencies

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from a relevant university department
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field
• Prior experience managing key accounts and client relationships
• Proven negotiation skills and strong leadership and team-management experience
• Willingness to travel and demonstrate mobility as needed

• In-depth technical knowledge and market understanding of power tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
