About the role

We are a busy, growing physiotherapy practice seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to lead our team. You will create an environment where patients feel heard, staff feel valued, and the practice thrives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the physiotherapy clinic.
• Lead, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team of therapists and support staff.
• Ensure high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting and profit‑share reporting.
• Organise weekly case conferences, quarterly team games and regular staff events.
• Maintain modern cloud‑based booking, documentation and communication systems.

• Proven leadership experience in a health‑care or physiotherapy setting.
