About the role
We are a busy, growing physiotherapy practice seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to lead our team. You will create an environment where patients feel heard, staff feel valued, and the practice thrives.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the physiotherapy clinic.
- Lead, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team of therapists and support staff.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting and profit‑share reporting.
- Organise weekly case conferences, quarterly team games and regular staff events.
- Maintain modern cloud‑based booking, documentation and communication systems.
Required profile
- Passion for wellness and patient‑centred care.
- Strong collaborative mindset and ability to empower others.
- Proven leadership experience in a health‑care or physiotherapy setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
