Pricing Manager

About the role

SHEIN is seeking a Pricing Manager to lead its apparel pricing team and own end‑to‑end pricing processes. The role focuses on developing competitive pricing strategies for fast‑fashion e‑commerce while ensuring cost efficiency across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies to maximize competitiveness and margin targets.
• Evaluate yarn/fabric unit costs, material consumption, and CMT costs.
• Conduct time‑and‑method analyses for cutting, stitching, ironing, and secondary processing.
• Negotiate with suppliers to close gaps between target prices and supplier offers.
• Generate country intelligence reports on FX rates, inflation, raw‑material trends, and energy costs.
• Streamline systems and processes (Tableau, PLM, etc.) to improve workflow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related field (master’s a plus).
• Strong experience in apparel costing, pricing, sourcing or product development, preferably in fast‑fashion or e‑commerce.
• Proven ability to lead a pricing or costing team and negotiate with suppliers.
• Excellent analytical skills with a solid understanding of garment construction, SMV/SAM, and macro‑economic cost drivers.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Tableau.
• Familiarity with PLM systems.
• Knowledge of ERP or other costing/reporting tools.
