Process Automation Team Member

About the role

Allianz Türkiye is looking for a Process Automation Team Member to design, develop and maintain high‑performance backend services and AI‑driven automation flows. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop RESTful APIs in Java, Node.js (TypeScript) or Python following micro‑service and event‑driven principles.
• Integrate AI models and LLM services, applying prompt‑engineering techniques to ensure contextual relevance.
• Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n, Windmill or similar orchestration tools.
• Connect enterprise systems via API gateways, Kafka or RabbitMQ, handling data transformation and advanced error handling.
• Deploy and manage containerised applications with Docker and Kubernetes, monitoring performance and optimising as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of backend development experience, with strong production knowledge of Java, Node.js (TypeScript) or Python.
• Hands‑on experience with micro‑services, API gateways, message brokers and event‑driven architectures.
• Proven ability to integrate LLM models and AI APIs, including prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools such as n8n or Windmill and the Model Context Protocol.
