Procurement Director

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Director to lead purchasing activities for our themed projects, including theme parks, museums, exhibitions and immersive experience environments. The role combines strategic sourcing, supplier management and close collaboration with design and construction teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes for domestic and international themed projects.
• Conduct market research and cost analysis to secure competitive pricing.
• Identify, evaluate and manage suppliers and subcontractors.
• Lead negotiations to obtain favorable commercial terms.
• Collaborate with design, technical office and construction teams to ensure material specifications are met.
• Take an active leadership role in tenders and project bids.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services within budget.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of procurement experience, preferably in theme parks, museums, exhibitions, monuments or digital immersive projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of materials and their technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Residency in Istanbul, Turkey.
