Procurement Executive (Electrical)

About the role

The Procurement Executive (Electrical) will lead the tendering and procurement processes for electrical and instrumentation & control (I&C) materials across Rönesans Endüstri projects worldwide. You will ensure timely delivery, cost‑effective sourcing, and compliance with project schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project schedules and manage tender processes for electrical and I&C procurement.
• Conduct e‑tender activities using the procurement module.
• Coordinate technical meetings with potential suppliers.
• Manage quotation analysis and subcontractor selection.
• Oversee post‑tender activities such as contracts, guarantees, payments, and change orders.
• Issue and track purchase orders.
• Evaluate new unit‑price requests.
• Support cost estimation and budgeting based on local market data.
• Prepare periodic activity reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• 8‑10 years of experience in technical procurement or engineering within EPC, energy, or large‑scale industrial projects.
• Proven experience procuring electrical and I&C equipment (e.g., MV/LV switchgear, transformers, DCS, PLC, SCADA, field instrumentation, analyzers, cables, MCCs, VFDs, UPS systems).
• Strong knowledge of bid evaluation, vendor management, contract negotiation, expediting and logistics.
• Ability to conduct market research and propose alternative solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and procurement ERP systems (SAP, Ariba, rtc).
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken) and no travel restrictions.
