Procurement Executive

About the role

Rönesans Holding, founded in 1993 and active as a main contractor and investor in construction, real estate, energy, industrial facilities and healthcare across Türkiye, Europe, Central Asia and Africa, is hiring a Procurement Executive. The role manages the full procurement lifecycle, from receiving requests and market research through supplier evaluation, contract management, order follow-up, delivery, quality control, invoicing and payment coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle, coordinating with engineering, site, quality, logistics, expediting and finance teams to procure materials and services on time.
• Evaluate supplier performance, develop alternative suppliers and manage strategic supplier relationships.
• Handle commercial evaluations, contract management, order follow-up, delivery, quality control, invoicing and payment coordination.

Required profile

• Engineering background, preferably in mechanical or metallurgy and materials engineering.
• 8 to 10 years of experience as a procurement engineer in energy, petrochemical or industrial plant projects within an EPC organization.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing and procuring Balance of Plant (BoP) materials such as piping, valves, insulation, instrumentation and control equipment, process chemicals and plant consumables.
• Experience working with international suppliers.
• Advanced English in reading, writing and speaking.
• No restrictions for travel.

Required skills

• Knowledge of drafting, managing and negotiating supply contracts.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement ERP systems, especially SAP and Ariba.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
